Successful large org leadership & management encourages and requires good communications and collaboration between departments. POTUS has held 2 Cabinet meetings this year... is it a wonder Homeland Security, Sec. State, AG, Commerce and other departments are running amuck? History teaches us that during times of a lack of leadership, unqualified people can/will step up to fill that vacuum with unexpected or planned outcomes.
