Who's going to feed us?...
Just a quick note regarding some recent information I ran across:
Average age of farmers in America: 55 years old
1 out of 4 farmers are over the age of 65
If we don't encourage more of our next generations to take on the tough job of farming, who's going to feed the world?

Well, the first question to ask is, what's stopping them? Chances are that it's an uncertain economic future compared to being able to sell the land for development. How do you suggest addressing that issue?
