Working a frustrating Obamacare issue. It has impacted all children of active duty military and their ability to access state bulk purchased drugs for vaccinations through their primary care doctors. There are an estimated 11,000 kids in Idaho impacted by this new law!

Idaho's Treasure Valley Ranked nation's #2 Best Metro Service Area For Raising A Family! Forbes looked at the 100 largest MSA's in the United States, ranking each in seven categories: median income, overall cost of living, housing affordability (what pct. of the market is affordable to a family at the median income), commuting delays, percentage of families owning homes, crime rate and education quality (mainly test scores). Overall, these ten take the prize. Congrats to the leadership of each of our Cities in the Treasure Valley... now, let's make #1 on that list!

Going 3 days straight! Always fun to meet with Dist 14 folks at the 0700 coffee at Rembrants in Eagle, then to Boise for a meeting with a good friend regarding our new suicide hotline, off to strategic planning meeting for Wyakin followed by a celebratory drink with friends for accomplishments, then dinner with family. Saturday was catching up on honey-doos then the a wonderful fundraiser at the Ada County GOP Roundup followed by another fundraiser at the Eagle Wine and Food Festival... today, we topped the weekend with a wonderful Wyakin Warrior Volunteer Appreciation BBQ...whew!
