Back from N. Idaho, great time with my family for Thanksgiving and some hunting. Mom turned 78 Friday, she and Dad are both well and have been happy for 58 years now. What a great relaxing week...

Happy Thanksgiving... Let's be thankful for good friends and neighbors, the help and joy they've provided and for those service members standing the watch today and everyday keeping us safe.

Great working with the Leadership Boise program today, we've got some wonderful folks going through that program. Topped the day with our Idaho Medical Assoc. issues review where we covered quite a number of topics... from our low doctor to patient ratio to healthcare insurance exchanges... My brain, again, hurts.

Spent the morning making good progress on re-writing Idaho's highway access management plan. We are removing those things that impede business with safety as a priority. Have a diversity of key players that are impacted participating in the proposed changes to ensure fairness to the needs of all users of our State transportation system.

Enjoyed dinner with the Ada County Farm Bureau last night, Speech at the ID Fire Commissioners Assoc this morning and then honored to be in attendance of the funeral of Rep. Pat Takasugi (ex. Army Ranger). Not a better day to celebrate Pat's life and all he contributed to his country, state and community. He will rest peacefully, he earned it....

So obvious the left wants to run against Romney and are trying to influence the GOP primary. Can they telescope their intentions anymore?
