Idaho parents need to consider this question before getting wound up about the proposed Education changes: If the Legislature today provides funding for 18.2 students per class but actual class size is MUCH higher, where is that money going and why? Would you be willing to increase the funding formula to something higher while changing the process of how those funds are used to be able to bring the ACTUAL class size down?
