Students Come First Prop 2 (Pay for Performance) was agreed to by the Unions in 2010 for a "Race to the Top" federal grant (starting at the bottom of pg 71). Why are the Unions spending so much money to overturn it now? Something's not passing the "smell test".... bit.ly/RtLfi6
